Foundation One launches on 1 October 2026. We are growing the following teams ahead of and after general availability:
Engineering & Product
TypeScript, Next.js, Prisma, AI tooling — the platform core.
Compliance & Regulatory
KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, EU AI Act, data protection.
Operations & Delivery
Customer onboarding, data migration, support.
Locations
Mauritius (HQ)
Riche Terre — our registered office and primary engineering hub. Mauritius residents and relocators welcome.
Remote (selected regions)
We hire remotely where timezone overlap and data-protection alignment allow, across EU/EEA, UK, Africa and the Middle East.
