Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar tracking technologies used on f1.aphelion.cloud(our “Site”) and within the Foundation One platform (the “Service”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is governed by the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 (particularly sections 21 and 41, and the conditions for valid consent under section 22), the Electronic Transactions Act 2000, and, where applicable, the EU GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. Foundation One reaches general availability on 1 October 2026.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixel tags, which are covered by this policy.
2. Cookies we use
Foundation One uses only strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service and analytics cookies that we enable only with your consent. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|

f1_csrf | Strictly necessary | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | Session |
f1_theme | Strictly necessary | Remembers your light/dark theme preference. | 12 months |
f1_consent | Strictly necessary | Records your cookie-consent choice so we do not ask again. | 12 months |

3. Consent
Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically because the Service cannot function without them. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you opt in via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your f1_consent cookie or contacting dpo@aphelion-group.com.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you accept, block or delete cookies in their settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using secure features of the Service.
5. Third-party services
Where a third party provides functionality (for example, our analytics or in-product meeting-assistant integration), it may set its own cookies subject to its own cookie policy. We select vendors that offer privacy-friendly, GDPR-compliant configurations and limit the data shared to what is needed for the feature to work.
6. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy as we introduce new features or adjust analytics. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change.
